Eligible Florida applicants include county governments, incorporated municipalities and other legally constituted local governmental entities with the legal responsibility for public outdoor recreational sites and facilities.
The maximum grant request for development or acquisition projects may not exceed $1.5 million. LWCF grants are provided on a 50:50 matching basis Grant awards are contingent upon appropriation by the federal government. Applications are due on October 31!
